1. We require 24 hours notice for car service cancellation and 48 hrs notice for bigger vehicles. This also applies to bookings that are made under 24 hours of the pickup time. A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time. We are not responsible for passenger flights, that are missed, cancelled, diverted, or delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy.

2. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).

3. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged time from a non-airport location. After that time we charge $12 plus tip & taxes in 15 minute increments for Sedan. Wait time is NOT calculated after the Flight Arrival at the Airport, rather from the ETA (estimated time of arrival) of flight one hour before driver is dispatched. For Domestic Flight Travelers, Half hour grace period is allowed and for International Flight Travelers, forty five minutes grace period is allowed before Wait time is applied from ETA.

4. Stop charge: $25 if the stop is on the way to drop off location or $35 if drop off is out of the way. 15 minutes grace period is allowed at stops.

5. We are NOT responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).

6. We are not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating & luggage capacity.

9. No-Show Policy: A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made and a confirmation was sent out.

10. We are not responsible to pay for any missed flights.

11. We reserve the right to switch vehicles before a run based on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or if there is a risk of a driver not making it on time for a pick up.

12. Rates are subject to change at any time.
